NEW YORK, N.Y., January 5, 2026 — Elite today announced the appointment of Diane Holman as Chief Human Resources Officer, underscoring Elite’s focus on building the people and culture required to support continued growth and scale. 

Diane brings deep experience leading global people organizations within complex, fast moving environments, helping companies strengthen teams, evolve culture, and align talent strategy with business outcomes.  

Prior to joining Elite, Diane built a successful career as a senior HR leader at organizations including GE, Raytheon, and Wolter’s Kluwer. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Personify Health. Across these roles, she partnered closely with executive teams to support growth, guide organizations through change, and help teams scale effectively while maintaining strong engagement and culture.
