NEW YORK, N.Y., September 8, 2026 — Elite today announced the appointment of Marc Ellenbogen as General Counsel. Ellenbogen will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Mark Dorman and will lead Elite’s Legal and Information Security teams.

Ellenbogen brings more than 25 years of legal, business and executive leadership experience advising technology companies on governance, compliance, cybersecurity and strategic business matters. Throughout his career, he has served as a trusted partner to CEOs, boards and executive teams, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation and complex decision-making.

Most recently, Ellenbogen served as Chief Legal Officer at Vertafore, a global insurance technology company, where he led legal, compliance, governance and cybersecurity matters worldwide. Previously, he held senior executive leadership roles at Foursquare, Undertone, Time Inc. and Viatel. He began his legal career at Shearman & Sterling.
