140 firms on Elite’s cloud, up 44% YoY, to pursue faster cash, lower operational friction and a secure AI foundation.
NEW YORK, N.Y., Nov 5, 2026 – Elite, the AI financial operations platform purpose-built for the legal industry, today announced 100% retention of its customers who have migrated to the cloud, since launching its cloud-native unified platform with embedded time, billing, financials, and payments in 2023.
As of October 2026, Elite has 140 firms in its cloud, up 44% year over year.
“A 100% retention rate is the strongest proof that firms aren’t just successfully moving to Elite’s cloud, they’re getting more value from it over time,” said Martin Linusson, Chief Customer Officer at Elite. “They can modernize financial operations today while continuously gaining new capabilities and embedded AI, without another major technology overhaul. That is the advantage of true SaaS.”
“Moving to 3E cloud was a significant step for the firm, and a year on we’re pleased with the stability and resilience it’s brought,” said Isaac Hopley, IT Director, Morton Fraser MacRoberts.
Madison Rodabough, Director of Finance, Clark Hill, said: “The cloud is worth it. The agility of the system and the changes we’ve seen have been remarkable."
Law firms are under pressure to move cash faster, reduce write-offs, simplify fragmented operations, and create trusted data foundations for AI. Cloud migration addresses those priorities by replacing periodic, resource-intensive upgrades with a continuously updated platform and by connecting financial workflows and data across the firm.
