Elite Appoints Jim Miller as Chief Sales Officer
Elite has named Jim Miller as its new Chief Sales Officer to accelerate growth and drive strategic initiatives across the company's global sales organization.
Jim brings more than 25 years of experience scaling high-performance sales teams at enterprise technology companies. He joins Elite from cloud insurance technology provider Majesco, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer for six years. At Majesco, Jim led the expansion of recurring revenue streams, built strategic customer partnerships, and drove consistent double-digit growth while establishing the company as a market leader in cloud-native solutions.
Prior to Majesco, Jim spent nearly two decades at CA Technologies, a $4B enterprise software company, where he held progressively senior leadership roles across multiple business units. As Senior Vice President, he managed global sales teams spanning cybersecurity, payment security, API management, and automation solutions. Jim also led the commercial integration of five strategic acquisitions, successfully expanding CA's market reach and customer base while maintaining strong revenue performance throughout each transition.
"Elite has built an exceptional platform that serves the most sophisticated legal organizations in the market," said Miller. "The company's focus on delivering measurable outcomes for customers, combined with its proven ability to scale and innovate, creates tremendous opportunity. I'm excited to work with this talented team to accelerate our growth trajectory and expand our market leadership."
"Jim's track record of building scalable sales organizations and driving consistent growth makes him the ideal leader for this next phase of Elite's evolution," added Elite CEO Mark Dorman. "His experience in both organic growth and strategic acquisitions will be instrumental as we continue expanding our platform capabilities and deepening our customer relationships across the global legal market."
Jim will be based in Elite's New York City headquarters.
