Thomson Reuters Elite, part of Thomson Reuters Legal, today announced the launch of a new Client Advisory Board comprised of senior leaders from across the company’s global client base.

The new board has been created as a key component of a wider evolution and company-wide focus on customer advocacy within Elite, reflecting a renewed commitment to putting customer experience and needs at the heart of the company’s offering.

Inaugural members of the board, drawn from the Elite global base of large law firm clients with more than 135 lawyers—include:

Meeting in person twice a year and serving an initial two-year term, board members will provide invaluable and in-depth insight into a number of strategic issues, including the development of products and services, feedback on customer priorities moving forward, and the overall experience of working with Elite. This insight will play an essential role in ensuring that Elite continues to maintain and enhance its position as the world’s leading provider of end-to-end enterprise business management solutions for the legal and professional services sector.
