We’re a few weeks into 2025, and here at Elite, we’ve already gotten off to a flying start to the year!

Just over a week ago, we wrapped up our Annual Sales Meeting in New Orleans. Our ASM is always a fantastic opportunity to come together to celebrate our successes of the previous year and set a clear path forward for the year ahead. This year was no different with much to celebrate as our first full year as an independent company in 2024 – and in 2025, we are rallying around how we will support our customers on their individual journeys to the cloud. As we saw in 2024, customers adopting our SaaS solutions are benefitting from new ways to increase productivity and profitability, and they are utilizing our AI capabilities to gain efficiencies and data-driven insights to help them drive decision-making. Post-meeting, our teams are incredibly excited and focused on partnering with our customers to help them accelerate their digital transformation.

At the start of the year, we completed our acquisition of Tranch, a leading B2B invoice automation and payments platform, to enhance our existing suite of SaaS solutions. With Tranch’s next-generation products in our portfolio, we will provide our customers with even more choice and flexibility in managing their work-to-cash processes and empower them to improve both speed and efficiency in invoice delivery, billing and collections. It’s an important addition to our offering, and we’re thrilled to welcome the Tranch team to Elite.

We’re also building upon last year’s successful launch of our Premier Delivery Partner Program, which offers a proven network of specialist partners that can support our customers’ cloud and other implementation needs for 3E. By engaging directly with a single partner services team from end to end, customers can enjoy a more streamlined, seamless and practical implementation experience. This specific program is available in addition to our broader partner ecosystem, where more than 60 technology and service providers offer essential expertise in specific products, skills, or regions to meet customer needs. We’ve set a high bar for the next 12 months so we can make sure we can support our customers, and if January is any indication, we’re well on our way with more exciting developments to come!
