While billing is increasingly via email, high quality address data is still important to firms for three key reasons: tax, risk assessments for money laundering and tax reporting (DAC6), and the need to accurately segment data for analysis. Having quality address data can be challenging, particularly during migrations.

In this webinar, Kevin Smith, director of Pinnacle and Paul Knox, team leader at Pinnacle will demonstrate two products in the toolset that can help make it easier:

• The type-ahead search feature performs a real-time lookup of addresses from 240 countries, whether you are using 3E®, Intapp, or other application, eliminating the need for fee earners and secretaries to type full addresses
• An address cleansing product allows for the bulk cleansing of addresses, using the same address validation data from 240 countries. This can be used during migrations on Enterprise® data but also post migration on 3E, or on any other system containing addresses.

 
About the Speakers

Kevin Smith is a Director of Pinnacle and heads up the firm’s Managed Service Business. Kevin held worked for TRE from 1996 – 2006 as their Director of Operations EMEA and was responsible for all of the new implementations in that period. He then formed Opes, which became part of Pinnacle in 2018, and specialised in the data and technical aspects of implementations, conversions and of law firm mergers. With his intimate knowledge and coal-face experience of Enterprise and 3E, he serves as a senior project advisor on 3E implementations, as well as leading Pinnacle’s data conversion teams globally.

Paul Knox is a Team Leader at Pinnacle. He is responsible for the Development Team, which develops a variety of products to help law firms improve or take full advantage of the systems they already have. Paul has more than 25 years’ experience of developing software for law firms – 10 of which was spent as IT Development Manager at Slaughter and May. His areas of expertise include PMS, DMS, Workflow, CRM and Knowledge Management. Currently, his team is working on both system agnostic toolsets and product-specific add-ons.
