Elite Driving Experience Giveaway Rules

Eligibility
Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, (a) are registered, badged attendees of ILTACON 2026 (August 23-27, 2026, Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee), (b) are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (c) are physically present at the Elite booth in the ILTACON 2026 exhibit hall, and (d) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
The following are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Elite and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities; ILTA; Virgin Experience Gifts and the applicable experience, hotel, and transportation providers; any other ILTACON 2026 exhibitor or sponsor; any agency or individual involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of this giveaway; and any employee or official of a federal, state, local, or foreign government entity, court, or judicial body. Members of the immediate family (spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, or sibling) of, and any person residing in the same household as, any of the foregoing are also not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law and subject to participant employer gift, ethics, and compliance policies. By entering, each participant represents that participation in the giveaway and acceptance of any prize does not violate the participant’s employer gift, ethics, procurement, conflict-of-interest, or compliance policies.
Elite's determination of eligibility is final and binding. Elite may require proof of identity, age, residence, and ILTACON 2026 registration in a form acceptable to Elite.
Entry
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve an entrant's chance of winning. Registration for ILTACON 2026 is paid to ILTA, not to Elite, is not a purchase of an entry, and confers no advantage in the drawing.
The giveaway begins on Monday, August 24/8:00AM CT and ends on Thursday, August 27/12:00PM CT (the “Promotion Period”). Elite's clock is the official timekeeping device for the giveaway.
Eligible attendees may enter by completing the designated entry process at the Elite booth during the Promotion Period, including providing all required contact information and acknowledging these Official Rules. A complete copy of these Official Rules will be available at the Elite booth throughout the Promotion Period and online at [URL].
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses, badges, or business cards used. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, late, lost, misdirected, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Elite and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners need not be present at the drawing to win and will be contacted using the information provided at entry.
Winner Selection
Two (2) winners will be selected in two (2) separate random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. No entrant may win more than one (1) prize; any entry selected in the first drawing will be removed from the entry pool before the second drawing.
The drawing will take place following the conclusion of ILTACON 2026, on or about Friday, August 28.
Elite will attempt to notify each potential winner using the contact information provided at entry. Elite is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, filtered, blocked, or not received.
Each potential winner must respond to the prize notification and complete, sign, and return all requested eligibility, prize acceptance, release, tax, and compliance documentation within five (5) business days after the date of first notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
If a selected winner is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be reached, fails to complete required documentation, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is unable to accept the prize under employer gift, ethics, or compliance policies, Elite reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
If, after three (3) alternate selections for a given prize, no verified winner has been identified, Elite may in its sole discretion leave that prize unawarded.
Prize
Two (2) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize consists of one (1) Exotic Car Driving Experience for two (2) people supplied by Virgin Experience Gifts, together with one (1) hotel room for one (1) night and ground transportation between the hotel and the experience location (or reimbursement of that transportation up to the stated value), in each case subject to availability and to the applicable provider's terms and restrictions. Elite will arrange or reimburse the hotel night and ground transportation up to the stated approximate retail values; any amount in excess is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each driving experience for two (2): $1,100.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of one (1) hotel room for one (1) night: $350.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of ground transportation assistance: $250.
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize package: $1,700. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,400.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned, resold, auctioned, or redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law or at Elite's sole discretion. Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the prize as awarded will not be awarded.
Vehicle type, location, dates, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and all other experience details are subject to availability and provider restrictions. All elements of the prize must be redeemed together and must be used on or before July 30, 2027, after which the prize is forfeited. Any costs, fees, travel to and from Nashville or the experience location, meals, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, gratuities, parking, or other expenses not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
Elite reserves the right, in it sole discretion, to substitute any prize element or the entire prize with a prize or prize element of equal or greater value (including a cash or gift-card equivalent) if an advertised prize becomes unavailable or impractical to award for any reason.
THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any warranty applicable to a prize element is that of the applicable provider only, and not of Elite.
Participation Requirements
The winner and guest must possess a valid driver's license if participating as drivers and must meet all age, license, health, safety, insurance, and other requirements imposed by the experience provider and applicable law.
No prior driving experience is required.
Winner is solely responsible for selecting, notifying, and coordinating the participation of winner’s guest. The guest must be at least eighteen (18) years old, unless the experience provider requires a higher age, and must execute all required waivers, releases, and participation documentation before participating. Once guest documentation has been submitted, the guest may not be substituted except at Elite's sole discretion.
The winner and guest must satisfy all requirements established by the experience provider, including execution of liability waivers and compliance with all safety instructions and participation requirements.
Professional instructors will provide safety briefings and guidance throughout the experience.
Failure to meet the provider's requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
The experience provider may impose licensing, age, height, weight, medical, and physical-condition requirements. Elite makes no representation or warranty that the winner or guest will satisfy those requirements, and failure to satisfy them does not entitle the winner or guest to any substitute prize or compensation.
Participation in the driving experience involves inherent risks, including risks associated with driving or riding in high-performance vehicles. Winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, except to the extent such assumption is prohibited by applicable law.
Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Participation in the driving experience involves inherent risks, including risks associated with driving or riding in high-performance vehicles. Winner and guest voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, except to the extent such assumption is prohibited by applicable law.
If required by applicable law, Elite may request tax documentation and issue applicable tax reporting forms. Before requesting a Form W-9 or issuing any information return, Elite will determine whether the aggregate value of all prizes, payments, and other reportable amounts provided by Elite to that winner during the 2026 calendar year meets or exceeds the applicable federal information-reporting threshold (currently $2,000 for prizes and awards reportable on Form 1099-MISC for payments made after December 31, 2025), and will separately confirm whether any applicable state information-reporting threshold is lower than the federal threshold. Elite may condition award of the prize on receipt of a completed Form W-9 where reporting is or may be required.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by applicable law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Elite and its affiliates to use the winner's name, company name, likeness, photograph, city and state of residence, and statements regarding the giveaway for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval, for a period of two (2) years following the close of the Promotion Period.
Elite will not condition award of the prize on publicity consent where the winner's employer policies or applicable law (including Tennessee law limiting mandatory publicity releases) prohibit such consent. In that case the winner may accept the prize and decline the publicity release.
Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, award prizes, maintain compliance records, and as otherwise described in Elite's privacy notice available at [https://www.elite.com/privacy-statement]. Elite will not use entrant information for unrelated marketing purposes unless appropriate consent or another lawful basis has been obtained. Where entry information is captured by badge scan or lead-retrieval device, entrants consent to Elite's receipt of their ILTACON registration contact information for the purposes described above. Entrants may have rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out under applicable state privacy laws, as described in Elite's privacy notice.
General Conditions
Acceptance of the prize is subject to the winner's employer gift, ethics, and compliance policies.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and requirements of the experience provider.
Elite is not responsible for cancellations, delays, modifications, or restrictions imposed by the prize provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering or accepting a prize, each entrant, winner, and guest releases and holds harmless Elite, ILTA, Virgin Experience Gifts, the prize provider, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, death, property damage, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, except to the extent caused by a released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be released under applicable law.
Elite reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, force majeure events, provider cancellation, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the giveaway. If the giveaway is cancelled or terminated before a drawing occurs, Elite may in its sole discretion award the affected prize or prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event giving rise to the cancellation, or may leave the prize unawarded.
Elite is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, or damaged entries, communications, notifications, or documentation, or for technical, network, human, printing, typographical, administrative, or other errors.
As a condition of receiving a prize, a winner may be required to sign and return a declaration or certification of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, IRS Form W-9 and other tax documentation, prize acceptance form, employer gift-policy acknowledgment, and any provider-required waiver or release, together with a guest participation acknowledgment and release executed by the winner's guest. Elite requires, at minimum, the two forms attached below: (1) the Winner Declaration, Prize Acceptance, Release, and Compliance Acknowledgment, and (2) the Guest Participation Acknowledgment and Release. Both must be returned, fully completed and signed, within five (5) business days after notification.
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Elite, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
Sponsorship and Third Parties. This giveaway is sponsored solely by Elite. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with ILTA, Virgin Experience Gifts, or any experience, hotel, transportation, or venue provider. All third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
Right to Disqualify. Elite reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, who acts in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or who violates these Official Rules.
Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY ENTERING OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE EACH ENTRANT, WINNER, AND GUEST WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ATTORNEYS' FEES, AND ANY MULTIPLICATION OR INCREASE OF DAMAGES, AND AGREES THAT ANY RECOVERY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED IN ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Individual Claims Only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding, and no arbitrator or court may consolidate the claims of more than one person.
Governing Law and Venue. These Official Rules and all matters relating to the giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the giveaway that is not otherwise released shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each entrant, winner, and guest consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waives any objection to venue.
Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any advertising, promotional, or point-of-sale material relating to the giveaway, these Official Rules control.
Severability and No Waiver. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Elite's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. Elite may assign or delegate administration or fulfillment of the giveaway, in whole or in part, to a third party.
