If the room block for conference participants sells out at the Diplomat, overflow accommodations will be available at the elegant European style Le Meridian Sunny Isles Beach Hotel at the special rate of $205 per night. Reservations may be made by telephone only at (305) 503-6033. Be sure to mention the Thomson Elite User Conference. This room rate is valid for reservations made before May 21, 2008 or until sold out. Shuttle service will operate between the Le Meridian and the Diplomat.

CONFERENCE FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY All conference fees, including any outstanding account balance, must be paid in full before attendees will be admitted to the conference. A fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations received by June 13, 2008. Cancellations after June 13, 2007 will forfeit 100% of all registration fees.

ELITE GROUP DISCOUNT A group discount of $100 will be applied to every fourth Elite track participant registered under a single account.

EARLY ON-SITE CONFERENCE CHECK IN For your convenience, on-site check-in will be available at the Diplomat one day before the start of the conference. The check-in desk will open Sunday, June 22 from noon until 7 PM.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT Be sure to sign up to earn CPE credit at the conference registration desk. All of the required forms and time sheets will be available throughout the event.
