Thomson Reuters Elite Partner Certification Program Raises the Bar on Partner Support
3E and ProLaw Partners Reach Deeper Level of Expertise through New Comprehensive Training Program
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 25, 2012 – Thomson Reuters Elite today introduced its Partner Certification Program, a new component of its thriving partnership program designed to increase benefits to its partners and clients. Current 3E and ProLaw partners now have the opportunity to upgrade their partnerships to gain in-depth training and access to the processes, project methodology and expert product knowledge for Elite’s two leading financial and practice management solutions. As a result, clients benefit from a higher level of confidence in the services provided by Thomson Reuters Elite Certified Partners.
All certified professionals must complete a rigorous training program including prerequisite eLearning, classroom instruction and post eLearning after the classroom. They are also required to recertify regularly to remain current, ensuring clients are working with the most highly trained and knowledgeable partners.
Clients that take advantage of the services from Thomson Reuters Elite Certified Partners receive quicker implementations, optimized management processes, reduced project risk and an increased rate of successful support. As a feature of the program, Elite helps connect clients to the right partner that can best meet their unique needs.
“We have developed this comprehensive certification program to expand the expertise and competence of our partners so clients have the best options available to fully leverage their 3E and ProLaw solutions,” said Steve Goldman, vice president of services and support for Thomson Reuters Elite. “We designed the program so that clients are confident that they are receiving the highest level of expertise to implement, enhance and support their Elite technology investments.”
“To become a Certified 3E Services Partner, our team underwent the same certification process as Elite’s internal team,” said Bruce Wilson, managing director and CEO of Wilson Legal. “Certification validates our claim of expertise and assures our clients that we’ll provide the highest level of service. It also provides us with insight into Elite’s product development roadmap and exposes us to new opportunities to work together with Elite toward a common goal – to see our clients succeed.”
Certified partners of Thomson Reuters Elite can be identified by the Certified Partner logo on their Web site and company materials. This logo, specific to their certification type, assures 3E and ProLaw clients that they will receive the most expert service and support because they are working with a Thomson Reuters Elite Certified Partner.
