Business Development Premier Campaign recognized as a finalist in the Marketing Campaign of the Year – Software Category
LOS ANGELES, May 28, 2014 – Thomson Reuters Elite has been recognized as a 2014 American Business Awards finalist in the Marketing Campaign of the Year - Software category for the Elite Business Development Premier marketing campaign. The American Business Awards, also known as the Stevie® Awards, annually recognize outstanding work in the marketplace. A campaign was developed by the Elite Marketing and Thomson Reuters Global Creative Services teams for Business Development Premier and featured the theme “Get Real.”
“We are thrilled to be selected as a Stevie Award finalist for the Business Development Premier campaign” said Elisabet Hardy, vice president of Product Management for Thomson Reuters Elite. “Our campaign was developed to emphasize that Business Development Premier is the first technology that transforms business development for law firms by eliminating data entry, pushing deep client insights to lawyers’ mobile devices, and automating activities, so their teams have more time to focus on strategy.”
More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. More than 150 members of several specialized judging committees will determine Stevie Award placements from the Finalists during final judging. The American Business Awards will be presented at two awards events: the ABA's traditional banquet on Friday, June 13 in Chicago and the new product & technology awards event on Friday, September 12 in San Francisco.
“The Stevie Awards are considered one of the highest honors to receive, and we are very excited to receive this recognition,” said Sabrina Wainio, director of Global Marketing & Communications for Thomson Reuters Elite. “The economic downturn has made business development a critical endeavor, but law firms have lacked the tools to approach it in an efficient and strategic manner. This campaign’s goal was to show law firms that there is a better, more innovative way to develop business and achieve a competitive advantage.”
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Sponsors and partners of The 2014 American Business Awards include Biz Talk Radio, CallidusCloud, Citrix Online, Cvent, Engility, John Hancock, LycaMobile, PetRays, and Softpro.
