The Elite Partner Program helps Services Partners excel by offering comprehensive training and certification programs for ELITE 3E. 3E Certified Services Partners demonstrate the highest level of knowledge and expertise within the Elite Partner Program. Becoming a 3E Certified Services Partner demonstrates your commitment to our mutual clients and a willingness to collaborate at the deepest levels.

Certification Overview
Services Partner companies are eligible to become 3E Certified and will achieve company certification when 50% of client facing resources have achieved comprehensive certification. We strongly recommend that any individual working directly with 3E clientele onsite or online be certified at the comprehensive level.
Requirements for 3E Certification:
- A formal Alliance Agreement and Services Addendum outlining program terms
- A minimum of three full-time employees
- Valid client references
- Proof of solvency and insurance
- Skills in an area that complements Elite's need
- Successful completion of partner training and certification in applicable area(s) within timeframe designated in partner agreements. Fees apply.
Partner Company Certification
Two levels of certification are available:
Individual Certification
Partner company resources and/or individuals can attend training course(s) that include testing for certification as follows:
- 3E Application Certified Services Professional - requires 3E Basic Boot Camp and 3E Advanced Application Boot Camp
- 3E IDE/Technical Certified Services Professional - requires 3E Core Boot Camp and 3E IDE Process Design Boot Camp
Opt-Out Testing
Individuals that have a strong 3E skill set may be eligible to register for certification testing without attending training courses. Policies and fees for opt-out testing should be reviewed with an Elite Partner Program representative prior to registration.
Recertification
Recertification is required as defined by Elite and will be limited to an annual process or in-line with major enhancement releases. The goal of recertification is to ensure resources maintain product knowledge. Additional charges will be assessed with recertification and may require additional training and/or testing.
