Higgins, Gianino & Pignone, P.A. Select ProLaw to Increase Office Efficiencies and Improve Client Service
Coordinating Work between Attorneys and Staff Streamlines Practice and Financial Management
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 8, 2010 – Boston-area law firm, Higgins, Gianino & Pignone, P.A., recently implemented ProLaw to centralize practice management and increase efficiencies. The firm has three offices and specializes in litigation, real estate, probate and health and elderly law.
With over 100 years of combined legal experience and more than 30 years practicing in health and elder law, John Gianino, partner, wanted a solution that could help coordinate tasks among the staff to create more uniform work product, yet didn’t require a lot of administrative time. ProLaw’s intuitive user interface and integration with popular desktop applications are designed to match the work style of law firms.
The firm’s rapid expansion from originally one to now several attorneys and staff members prompted the evaluation and selection of ProLaw. “We needed to manage one central practice management tool as a main repository of data, as well as an interactive solution for staff to better manage their cases,” said Gianino. “We are confident that ProLaw will not only increase overall firm efficiencies, but ultimately will produce positive experiences and excellent service for our clients.”
