VANTAGE 2018 London Registration Information

VANTAGE 2018 EMEA Regional Conference registration includes all-access to VANTAGE social events, sessions and tutorials as well as breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Registration Rate £250 GBP

All registration fees must be received prior to attending VANTAGE 2018 London; the registration site only accepts VISA, MasterCard or American Express.


Multi-attendee Discount

Firms that send four full-priced paid attendees to VANTAGE 2018 London may send one additional attendee free of charge.

To take advantage of this discount, please contact us to obtain a discount group ID code before registering, then submit your registration via the online system with the code.

Refund Policy

Thomson Reuters Professional UK makes guarantees for several arrangements prior to the event based on anticipated and confirmed attendance throughout the year. To accommodate these contractual obligations, Thomson Reuters Professional UK depends upon commitments made by attendees. We understand circumstances occur that prevent our attendees from fulfilling their registration commitments; as such, Thomson Reuters provides the following refund policy:

Full Refund – refunds made between 15 November, 2017 and 31 December, 2017.

50% Refund – refunds made between 1 January, 2018 and 1 February, 2018.

No refunds are provided after 2 February, 2018.

Discounts for VANTAGE registration applicable under platinum programs are not automatically applied at the time of registration. In addition, they are not retroactive once VANTAGE is over and cannot be refunded. As such, if registrations for your firm are entitled to these types of discounts, contact your customer experience advocate (CEA) or sales representative to receive the appropriate discount code.
