We offer onsite process reviews for both customers and non-customers. During a review, an eBillingHub/e-billing expert helps document your e-billing processes and provides a roadmap for improving your billing workflow. Through interviews and breakout sessions, we discover if your firm's electronic billing practices are working at their ultimate level of efficiency. We can help you determine ways to streamline your e-billing, shorten billing cycles, and eliminate costly write-offs. A summary report provides concrete action steps you can take to improve your electronic billing process.

Onsite Process Review (customers)

  • Choose from three skillfully configured packages (Silver, Gold, or Platinum)
  • eBillingHub/e-billing expert visits customer onsite for a set number of days dependent on the package chosen
  • Discovery and breakout sessions with executives, management, and billers
  • Refine their process and provide alternative solutions to existing workflow
  • Platinum package customers also receive a full day of eBillingHub training
  • Customer receives a written report with findings and suggestions within two weeks

Onsite Process Review (non-customers)

We offer a variety of training and consulting services specific to eBillingHub, as well as e-billing practices in general. Choose from onsite or Web-based training. These services are designed to help identify best practices, improve workflow, and successfully implement eBillingHub. In addition, if you are transitioning to a new time and billing system, we can ensure your eBillingHub environment continues to run smoothly.

eBillingHub Certification Program

Become certified in eBillingHub through a series of classes and tests. Once certified, you are a part of a unique group of highly skilled professionals who are able to provide internal training and recommend best practices internally at the firm and within the legal community. Being certified brings a number of benefits, including early access to eBillingHub roadmap news, participation within eBillingHub beta groups, two free Web trainings a year, the ability to participate in twice yearly user groups, and priority access to the eBillingHub Support Team.
