Envision Practice Management System Expands Globally with Launch in Hong Kong

Howse Williams Bowers Becomes First Law Firm in Hong Kong to Implement Envision

Thomson Reuters Elite is pleased to announce Envision, the new name for Thomson Reuters Elite's mid-market offering in Asia Pacific. Howse Williams Bowers has become the first law firm in Hong Kong to deploy the Envision practice management system. Howse Williams Bowers is a leading independent firm that provides legal services in Hong Kong and beyond.

“We ultimately wanted a system that would assist our staff in performing their jobs better and also provide us with a competitive advantage as we grow the business,” commented Kien Ng, chief financial officer of Howse Williams Bowers. “Having experienced the benefits of partnering with Elite previously, we felt assured that becoming an early adopter of Envision in the Asian region would help achieve both of those goals.”

"We’re very pleased to welcome Howse Williams Bowers to our growing Thomson Reuters Elite APAC client community,” said Cary Burch, president of Thomson Reuters Elite. "The firm’s acknowledgement of Envision’s unique capabilities and its confidence in partnering with Thomson Reuters Elite are indicative of the response we’re seeing in the market. As we continue our campaign in this region, we look forward to welcoming a growing number of new clients over coming months.”

Envision is one of the most comprehensive business tools available to law firms that include practice, financial, matter, case, document, and client relationship management capabilities. It is one of the earliest solutions built from the ground up using Microsoft® SQL Server as its underlying database engine. The solution is truly firm-wide offering that is readily available in the Asia Pacific region.
