BankCard Services Worldwide Releases New ClientPay Credit Card Processing Solution for 3E

Thomson Reuters Elite Product Partner Develops New Version of Credit Card Processing Solution to Seamlessly Integrate with 3E

Thomson Reuters Elite announced that Product partner BankCard Services Worldwide has released a new version of its credit card processing solution to fully integrate with 3E, the leading practice and financial management system from Elite.

ClientPay is an add-on software solution that seamlessly pairs with 3E, Enterprise, and ProLaw to provide a single point of entry for credit card payments and receipts. It streamlines firms’ accounting operations by processing payments in real time with automated receipt creation back to 3E. Firms can now accept payments for billing invoices via credit card and post those transactions directly into their 3E accounting systems.

Because ClientPay is Web-based, it enables firms to enroll clients in an online bill-pay module from which they can see the amount due and make online credit card payments. Receipts are sent to 3E, and the clients’ records are automatically updated.

“ClientPay simplifies the payment process at both firm and clients ends,” said Jay Bruber, CEO of BankCard Services Worldwide. “Clients simply call, fax, or mail payment information, which is then processed in real time with automated journal entry creation back to 3E. ClientPay turns card payment acceptance from an error prone and time intensive task to an efficient, accurate, and cost saving process.”

“We have seen ClientPay provide ProLaw and Enterprise clients with many advantages, and we are excited that our 3E clients are now able to receive the same benefits,” said Cary Burch, President of Elite. “ClientPay not only makes the payment process more convenient, working with a trusted partner ensures our clients that their accounting is accurate and secure.”
