Elite Releases Enhanced Calendar Solution with Calendar Connect for Outlook 5.0

Elite has announced the release of Elite Calendar Connect for Microsoft Outlook Version 5.0 which will provide greater flexibility for firm-wide scheduling. Previously known as Elite Case Outlook Pak, the Enterprise practice management module provides synchronization between the Elite database and Microsoft Outlook to keep case activities and events up-to-date for the entire firm.

The latest version of Calendar Connect enables more flexibility in scheduling and organizing options, including a redesigned event filter feature, elimination of orphaned events and an alternate calendar function to segregate events as necessary. In addition, users can add jurisdiction descriptions to the Outlook appointment location field, utilize newly added time zones for Australia, and specify “labels” for Outlook so Elite events and reminders can be automatically color-coded within Outlook.

“Calendar Connect 5.0 is a significant upgrade for our Enterprise clients due to some key enhancements we’ve made to the primary communication layer with Microsoft Exchange,” said Kim Massana, interim president, Elite. “As with all of our version upgrades, we incorporated client feedback in our product development to address their scheduling needs in a very dynamic environment.”
