What’s New in ProLaw v11.11New enhancements in ProLaw v11.11 make it easy to organize and file information to specific matters and clients and capture more billable time when working in programs like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader. These and other common tasks are now easier to complete from the desktop-based ProLaw Dashboard. ProLaw’s new enhancements help legal staff work more efficiently and provide firm managers with an easy way to assess the financial situation of any client or matter. The new enhancements to ProLaw v11.11 include:
Powerful Pro Filing Now Includes Microsoft Excel
Now available in Microsoft Excel, Pro Filing enables users to easily attach spreadsheets to the relevant matter, resulting in automated and simple case and matter management with fewer incomplete files. Best of all, users never have to leave Excel to do it. Easier Email Attachment Handling
Now a user can attach ProLaw documents directly to an email in Outlook or email a ProLaw document from Word, with the ability to rename them or convert them to PDF as needed. Easier E-filing and External Document SharingDocuments are easily provided to external parties and e-filing sites by allowing the user to select ProLaw documents, optionally convert them to a PDF, rename them, and then save them to an external location in one step. Capture Time More Quickly and Accurately While You WorkIn addition to capturing billable time in Word and Outlook, users can now conveniently enter time throughout ProLaw with much of the required information being automatically filled in. With a single click from the Pro Filing toolbar in Word or Outlook, a pop-up window automatically enters much of the required information and lets you fill in the rest, creating a time entry on the spot. One click makes it easier to keep track of your time – even during interruptions. Manage Outside Counsel Expenses with E-invoice Import and Tracking
Automated importing of invoices allows attorneys to efficiently manage the workflow of review, adjustments and approval. Reporting and exporting tools extend capabilities for managing outside counsel spend. Streamline the Collection of Debt
