ENEXITY SECURELINK GATEKEEPER

Elite recognizes the security demands you face and we are committed to providing secure, top-quality, efficient remote support access to your Elite environment that is client-controlled and in compliance with applicable security regulations.

Before SecureLink™, a patchwork of options existed to facilitate remote support access. All of these methods, including opening a hole in your firewall, key fobs, or extending your VPN were designed for a different purpose. Enexity’s SecureLink, including the SecureLink Gatekeeper, is a better solution that was designed from the ground up to provide secure remote support access.

“Elite’s SecureLink is much more powerful and reliable compared to our previous connectivity methodology,” stated Carol Coufal, accounting system support coordinator, Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. “We really like having total control on who connects, how long they connect and what they have access to. As part of the audit trail, I receive an automatic email when support staff is accessing the system and details after they’ve logged off. These enhancements give me a high level of confidence in the security of the system.”

WHY SECURELINK?

More Secure

The SecureLink Gatekeeper gives you total control over our remote access. You choose who can connect, when they can connect and what hosts and services they have access to upon connecting. A detailed audit trail is available after every session. SecureLink also allows you to choose from multiple encryption strengths.

More Effective

SecureLink is a powerful connectivity tool that allows for efficient overlay of Elite software, querying of back-end databases, and viewing log files in real time, while still enabling basic tools such as file transfer and desktop sharing. SecureLink provides the power needed to support you while reducing the burden on your IT staff.

Easy To Use

The SecureLink Gatekeeper requires a one-time download of a small 10MB component provided at no cost to your firm. Installed on a single server, the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.
