Elite Appoints Phillip Hulley Vice President, Client Services
Elite’s continued commitment to a sharp focus on quality customer service has led to the appointment of Phillip Hulley as vice president, Client Services. Hulley will be responsible for Elite’s Implementation & Consulting and Technical Services, including the Technology Services Group and Data Conversion for North America. In his role, Hulley will manage and direct client services teams to ensure they deliver outstanding service, utilize best practices, build and maintain strong client relationships and achieve business targets for software and services delivery. Hulley comes to Elite with more than 20 years of experience in transforming and optimizing business performance, implementing SAP solutions, and generating efficiency/profit gains for industry-leading corporations and clients. His experience includes leading his own management consulting firm specializing in business transformation, implementation strategy and program management. He also has served as president and CEO of Eternal Solution Consulting, vice president of Client Services at Verano, director of SAP-IT at McKesson Corporation, senior manager at Price Waterhouse LLP and Deloitte Consulting, and SAP implementation lead at Bayer. Most recently, Hulley was SAP practice leader–East Coast for Capgemini Telco, Media and Entertainment, one of the world’s largest information technology, management consulting, outsourcing and professional services companies. “Phil’s role is critical to the success of Elite because our clients demand delivery of implementation, consulting and technical services in a timely manner with high client satisfaction,” commented Dan Tacone, senior vice president, Elite. “Elite is recognized for outstanding business and technical innovation, as well as thought leadership. Phil's addition to the management team raises the bar in our industry.” Hulley holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics and accounting from the University of South Africa. He also earned a diploma in international financial management from Damelin Management School, Johannesburg, South Africa. |
