Project Quality Model

A world-class approach to project management, the Elite Project Quality Model (PQM) ensures that each client receives superior service.

Based upon the internationally accepted, ANSI-standard principles from the Project Management Institute, PQM ensures client services are delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Under PQM, each project is viewed as being composed of five distinct but interrelated processes.

  • Monitoring and Measurement – Transcends the entire project lifecycle and includes cost and scope control, testing, quality assurance and acceptance activities. Critical control points act as “gates” to ensure that the project cannot advance until required activities and acceptance factors are met.
  • Vision Process – Each project commences with the Vision process to outline the project purpose, scope, resource allocations, constraints, assumptions and deliverables.
  • Strategy Process – An intense planning exercise which defines the steps needed to achieve the client’s vision. Results of the process include the project team structure, framework, detailed schedule and plans for managing quality, acceptance, risk, schedule, costs, etc.
  • Execution Process – Clients can fully expect to have an Elite solution that is tailored to their business objectives that successfully meets or exceeds the defined critical success factors, expectations and quality assurance measures within schedule and cost parameters.
  • Closure and Transition to Support – The Elite solution is fully deployed, ownership is transferred to the client and ongoing maintenance becomes the responsibility of Elite Support, which is fully prepared to assist clients with troubleshooting any future issues.
