Elite Launches Enterprise Online Education and Training Resources

Valuable Fast Track Training Materials Now Available for Elite Enterprise Clients

LOS ANGELES, Mar. 21, 2011 – Elite, part of the Business of Law unit of Thomson Reuters, introduces new training materials for users of the Elite Enterprise platform. Enterprise Fast Track Training is an online catalog of educational software video recordings that provide clients with functional training in an easy-to-access format. Training resources are provided in two categories: the Training Series and the Troubleshooting Series.

The Training Series covers standard functionality for both the Billing and Financial Management Systems. Users can select from over 40 interactive training videos that cover major components of the application (Enterprise Navigation, Time and Cost Entry, Billing, Credits, GL General Journal Entries, etc). These courses can be used to supplement new hire training, refresher training, or to review processes that are not regularly performed by the firm. Select courses throughout the program include both software interactions and retention tests so users can practice the processes presented and sharpen their skills.

The Troubleshooting Series provides answers to common operational inquiries – without the need to open a service request. Users can select from over 60 troubleshooting videos that explain how to properly perform various procedures and functions.

Access to Enterprise Fast Track Training is available to clients as an additional benefit under their maintenance agreements, and new training topics will be made available to users on an ongoing basis. Clients can access the training materials by logging into the Elite Knowledge Base and entering "106389" into the search field.
