You can get answers to questions and problems solved without having to consult a colleague, make a phone call or open a service request. To access the Knowledge Base, log into the Customer Portal and click Knowledge Base. If you have trouble logging into the Customer Portal or Knowledge Base or don’t have access, contact Customer Support.

Free 3E, Enterprise and ProLaw Training Videos
Access 3E, Enterprise and ProLaw training video courses covering modular overviews, transactional how to’s, invoice management, multi-currency, trust transactions, and more. These instructional and troubleshooting videos can be used to help train new staff or reinforce learning for existing staff.
To access these videos, log into the Knowledge Base and enter the KB article number into the Search field.

Navigating the Knowledge Base
The landing page where you can enter your search terms, or enter an article number to display a specific article. For additional options to filter your search, click Advanced Search.
Click the Training tab for links to popular training content, including 3E, ProLaw and Enterprise training videos.
View the Library tab for important general information about your software solution. This tab displays user guides and release notes for the latest version of Thomson Reuters Elite products.
Use the Navigation tree (on the left-hand side) to view content by product and module. You can also search within a specific product or module by using the Search this Category field!
In the Navigation tree, view the News and Information category for general information that pertains to multiple products, such as current releases, SecureLink Gatekeeper, Support guidelines, search tips, adding new Knowledge Base users and getting a list of the latest new and updated KB articles.
