eBillingHub Hits Two Major Milestones: Three Million Electronic Invoices Processed and Highest Monthly e-Bill Volume
Unprecedented Growth Fueled by e-Bill Partnerships and Desire to Go Paperless
LOS ANGELES, Apr. 13, 2012 – eBillingHub, part of Thomson Reuters, is proud to announce two major milestones signifying unprecedented growth in the electronic invoicing market segment for law firms. In the same month, the company processed its three millionth electronic invoice and experienced the highest volume of e-bills in one month with more than 120,000 invoices processed. To put this into perspective, the company was founded in 2004, and it took eight years to process two million invoices; yet it took only nine months to process the third million.
“As the demand for electronic invoicing rises, our clients recognize they need a centralized, automated and simplified method to manage this complex process,” said Carlos Seoane, general manager, eBillingHub. “Fortunately we continue to expand our network by partnering with additional e-billing vendors. Clients benefit from a more comprehensive e-billing solution and our partners experience increased volume, increased referrals and reduced support requests from law firms. All of these factors have enabled eBillingHub to become the undisputed industry standard in e-billing.”
eBillingHub, part of the Thomson Reuters family of innovative solutions for professional services firms, provides a comprehensive and collaborative approach for preparing, tracking, submitting and managing the e-billing process. Unlike tools used by law firms to create LEDES invoice files, eBillingHub simplifies the e-billing process by integrating a law firm's time and billing software with multiple e-billing vendors, which are often specified by a firm's clients. By streamlining and reducing the complexity and administrative costs of the process, eBillingHub helps firm’s efficiently and effectively manage the e-billing process and ultimately improve cash flow.
Based in Pittsburgh, PA, the company maintains strategic and marketing partnerships with Elite, LexisNexis, and Rippe & Kingston. eBillingHub is a strong supporter of key industry standards as a member of the LEDES Oversight Committee and ILTA. To learn more, visit eBillingHub.
