The 2010 Elite User Conference will be held June 15-17 at the newly renovated Fontainebleau Miami Beach. This year's theme "Return on Innovation" provides a unique opportunity for Elite partners to showcase solutions and services to leading legal and professional services firms around the world.

The Exhibit Hall will be a central communication center for a variety of networking activities, enabling your organization to develop awareness, generate leads, deepen relationships and ultimately increase sales. The layout is designed to provide an intimate environment for exhibitors to showcase their solutions to buyers. To ensure maximum exposure during the conference, exhibitors will be provided with:

• Expanded sponsorship opportunities
• Premium booth opportunities for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors
• Increased booth traffic by having events, breaks and prize drawings in the exhibit hall

PLANNING INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS/SPONSORS

Tuesday, 6/15:

• Breakfast: 7:30am – 8:30am
• Keynote Speaker: 8:30am – 9:30am
• Booth Set-up:10:00am – 4:00pm (Please do not begin your booth set-up until after the Keynote is over. All exhibitors must be finished setting up their booths by 4pm)
• Lunch: 11:45am – 12:30pm
• Exhibit Hall Reception: 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Attire is casual.

Wednesday, 6/16:

• Breakfast: 7:30am – 8:30am
• Exhibit Hall Hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm (The Exhibit Hall will be closed from 12:00pm – 1:45pm)
• Exhibit Hall Break and Raffle: 10:00am – 10:30am
• Lunch & General Session: 12:00pm -1:45pm (The Exhibit Hall will be closed during this period)
• Exhibit Hall Break and Raffle: 3:00pm – 3:30pm
• Free evening - no conference activity planned

Thursday, 6/17:

• Breakfast: 7:45am – 8:30am
• Exhibit Hall Hours: 9:30am – 3:15pm
• Exhibit Hall Break: 11:00am – 11:30am
• ILTA Vendor Bingo & Dessert: 1:15pm – 2:00pm
• Exhibit Hall teardown begins at 3:15pm. (Please do not tear-down your booth prior to this time.)
• Closing Extravaganza at LIV: 6:30pm – 10:00pm. Attire is casual.
