The Vantage Worldwide Conference will be held June 24-27 at the Fontainebleau in Miami. This year’s conference sets the stage for Elite partners to showcase solutions and services to leading legal and professional services firms around the world.
The Exhibit Hall will be a central communication center for a variety of networking activities, enabling your organization to develop awareness, generate leads, deepen relationships and ultimately increase sales. The layout is designed to provide an intimate environment for exhibitors to showcase their solutions to buyers. To ensure maximum exposure during the conference, exhibitors will be provided with:
- Increased booth traffic by having events, breaks and prize drawings in the exhibit hall
- Expanded sponsorship opportunities
- Premium booth opportunities for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors
Frequently Asked Questions
Does an exhibit booth come with the purchase of a sponsorship?
No. Booths and sponsorships are priced separately for the convenience of those who choose to purchase one or the other. Click HERE for pricing and details.
How can I present a session or speak at conference?
Platinum sponsorships come with the ability to present a one hour session. Contact for more information on session opportunities.
Am I required to register online?
Yes. Only online registration reserves your sponsorship, secures your booth, provides an invoice, and allows for payment.
Can I register now and pay later?
Yes. Company registration and payment can be separate. Company registration is your commitment to pay. Just identify that this is your preference within the registration form. (One note: all sponsorship and booth space invoices MUST be paid by May 31, 2012. Companies that do not pay by this date will not be allowed into the conference.)
Is there discounted registration available for staff members who will only be in attendance for a portion of the event or intend to skip the meals and/or receptions?
No. There are no day passes or limited activity passes available. Our tickets are inclusive and give registrants full access to food & beverages, entertainment, receptions, and other events during the entire conference.
Am I able to bring a client(s) to the conference? Do I need to register them as an attendee?
Yes. You are more than welcome to bring a client(s). Clients invited by exhibitors/sponsors register online as conference attendees
Are exhibitors/sponsors required to stay in the designated conference hotel?
No. However, discounted room rates within Elite's room block at the conference hotel are available for your convenience and savings. Learn More >>
What are the exhibit hall hours*?
Tuesday, 6/25: 4:45 pm - 7:00 pm for the Exhibit Hall Reception
Wednesday, 6/26: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
Thursday, 6/27: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Tear Down: Thursday, 6/27: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

When will booth assignments and planning information be distributed?
Booth assignments will be individually emailed to exhibitors by the end of April. A schedule of events for planning purposes will be included in the email.
When will the exhibitor/service kits be mailed out?
The service kits will be available in early May. Exhibitors will receive an email with conference details and a link to the service kit.
What company information is needed for inclusion in the Conference Program Guide?
Send a 50-word company description, business address, business phone number, company URL and a high-res/vector format logo by April 19, 2013.
Will pre and/or post show attendee lists be provided?
Yes. A pre-show attendee list will be provided at the end of May. A post show final registration list will be provided within 1 week from the end of the conference.
Can non-partners buy a booth space?
Yes. However, non-partners must be approved for participation prior to registration.
Can non-partners buy a sponsorship?
No. We reserve sponsorship for official Elite Partners.
