ClientPay for Elite Now Available for Easy and Efficient Credit Card Payment Processing
BankCard Services Worldwide Has Integrated its Credit Card Solution with Leading Practice and Financial Management Systems from Elite
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28, 2012 – Elite, part of Thomson Reuters, today announced that Product Partner BankCard Services Worldwide has fully integrated its credit card processing solution for Elite clients. ClientPay® for Elite turns the card payment acceptance process from an error-prone and time-intensive task into an efficient, accurate, and cost saving process. Clients can now accept payments for billing invoices via credit card and post those transactions directly into the Elite Enterprise accounting system. The 3E version of ClientPay is currently in development.
As with ClientPay® for ProLaw, the web-based solution provides a single point of entry for credit card payments and receipts and streamlines a firm’s accounting operations by processing payments in real time with automated receipt creation back to Elite. In addition, ClientPay allows firms to enroll clients in an online bill-pay module. Once a firm enrolls a client in electronic billing, ClientPay for Elite generates an email to the client with instructions on how to pay for a pending invoice. Once the client logs in, they can see the amount due and make an online credit card payment. A receipt is sent to the Elite account and the client’s record is automatically updated.
