Elite WebView, an integrated component of the Elite Financial and Practice Management system, provides firm-wide access to financial and practice management data from any location with an Internet connection. Elite products accessible via WebView include Elite Billing Manager, Elite Case Manager, Elite Collections Manager, Elite Conflicts Manager, Elite Records Manager and Elite Apex Marketing Manager, and provide similar functionality of the Elite Enterprise platform, in addition to unique Web-based functionality.

Multiple options are available for executing basic required tasks, such as entering online and offline time, and performing inquiries on specific clients, matters, or timekeepers. A Variety of Time and Expense Entry Methods
WebView offers numerous time entry methods. All time entries are dynamic and are instantaneously applied to Billing Manager for seamless, real-time tracking. Users can input time for themselves or on behalf of other timekeepers. With a choice of form- or grid-based entry, time can be entered using daily and weekly views from a monthly calendar, with easy toggling back and forth between different views.
Additionally, WebView offers a Timers feature that efficiently tracks time by starting and stopping a virtual clock for each activity completed. Several timers can be started and managed simultaneously to assist busy professionals as they multi-task.
Offline Daily Time Entry
Time entry offline allows users to track and enter their time even when not connected to the Internet. This is ideal for professionals who want to enter time while traveling or not near an Internet connection. When reconnected to the main system, a synchronize function automatically uploads the new time entries. The offline process is easy and requires no additional training as a result of the intuitive interface.

WebView's built-in design module revolutionizes the way screens can be customized, allowing users to get the most out of their data. Nearly every element within WebView can be modified using drag-and-drop techniques. WebView expedites the pre-bill process by providing valuable access to pre-bill editing and approval functionality from any location. For maximum convenience, users can add new timecards, edit existing timecards and generate multiple pre-bills by matter, client or joint group. Interim bills can be created for fees and any unbilled fees can be applied to previously created interim bills. Additionally, disbursements can be edited from within pre-bill. Once a bill has been reviewed and revised, the pre-bill can be marked "approved" and the finalized bill can be generated directly from WebView.

Collections Manager improves cash flow by significantly reducing the number of days from time of billing to receipt of payment. The control center streamlines the workflow by offering an at-a-glance view of the collections calendar and open task items. The collections calendar allows easy access to clients' collection status, matter statistics, and the ability to drill down to supporting invoices and add notes or annotations for collections staff regarding specific outstanding items.

Users can perform searches on clients, matters, boxes, sub-matters, folders, inserts and documents and initiate requests to check the entity out.
