Thomson Reuters Elite Announces Cary Burch as President

Los Angeles, August 16, 2012 - Thomson Reuters announced that Cary Burch has been named president of Thomson Reuters Elite. Burch has served as the chief operations officer at Elite for the past two years and has more than 20 years of leadership, technology and business experience with Fortune 200 companies.

Burch, along with the executive leadership team of Elite and Thomson Reuters, will work closely during this transition to maximize continuity for the business and customers continuing Elite’s growth, maintaining its excellent record of customer support, as well as putting the right products and services in place to help large and mid-sized law firms around the globe successfully meet the demands of a changing market.

Burch is replacing Kim Massana, who announced that he will be leaving Thomson Reuters to pursue a new opportunity with an organization serving the academic industry. Massana provided invaluable support and leadership these past five years, including three years as head of Elite, and we wish him the best in his new endeavors.
